(1) The local level shall regularly monitor or arrange for waste management and disposal.
(2) For the purpose of monitoring or conducting monitoring in accordance with sub-section (1), the local level may prepare and implement necessary action plans.
(3) According to sub-section (1), the person engaged in monitoring shall submit the report to the concerned local level after the monitoring.
(4) The local level shall make necessary arrangements regarding the improvement and implementation of the matters pointed out in the report received in accordance with sub-section (3).
